Abstract :
The tunability by means of an external magnetic field and its impact on microwave losses of microstrip ring resonators based on Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 films combined with ferrite plane elements has been studied. At 2.4 GHz maximum tunability of ~10% with Q≃450 was obtained. At 11.4 GHz the achieved frequency shift was 200 MHz with a Q-factor of 2500, the best reported to date for such a tunable structure
