Abstract :
With the development and application of information technology, computer science has been used extensively in the appraisal of immovable property tax around the world. In this paper, we study the advantages and principles on computer aided mass assessment. With the assistant of introduced feature variables, we establish a model of characteristic prices. The model is built from the perspective of second - hand housing, the introduction of multiple linear regressions overcame some shortcomings of general linear regression and it made the appraisal of housing price more rapid and more exact. In addition, a case with data processing is provided for illustration of our model.
