Abstract :
We introduce a new example of an omnidirectional antenna, with a frequency bandwidth of 4:1 and an acceptable VSWR. The antenna is able to produce all kinds of polarizations by making changes in the structure of the planar inverted-cone antenna and the related ground plane. We have also tried to produce maximum directivity over angles of 0deg to 30deg with respect to the z axis.
