Abstract :
“Always being connected” is a popular trend in today´s life style due to the advantages and flexibilities it offers. Our intuition is that the complexity of Learning, Feedback, Context Modeling, Context Inference and Self-Adaptation should be abstracted from the developers´ working domain. This paper introduces a novel Internet of Things framework that allows intuitive “Internet of Things” software solutions while developers focus more on the core offerings of the solution rather than the complexities of ontologies and semantics. The solution will present in an open framework, “CANthings”, that allows other researchers and developers to easily develop semantics for and contribute to its growth and help it scale as a framework.
