Abstract
The paper deals with modelling a coolant flow in thermal networks. It is shown that the coolant flow can be modelled by heat flow controlled temperature sources. Normal circuit analysis programs can be used to solve this kind of network. The model has been applied to a high-speed induction motor and to a standard induction motor. The test results are compared with the computed temperature values
