Abstract :
In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to optimally manage a large number of Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV´s) charging at a municipal parking station. Differential Evolution optimization is used to allocate energy efficiently to the PHEV´s. Constraints like energy price, remaining battery capacity, and remaining charging time are used. Simulation results are presented and discussed.
