Abstract :
The authors report continuously tunable (2.71 μm-2.83 μm) operation of a diode-pumped mid-IR Er-doped ZBLAN fibre laser, with output powers >1 mW over the entire 120 nm tuning range and >5 mW over 56 nm (2.78 μm to 2.83 μm) of this range
