Beyond the Box

Conventional wisdom leads us to think that we´re doing a great job if we´ve successfully performed our prescribed tasks. Indeed, we are. But to fast track our career, we need to think beyond the box and act like an entrepreneur. Thinking beyond the box is a three-step process - examining the bigger picture, forming a vision, and then marketing the vision.
