  • Abstract
    As a woman member of the Communications Society (Com- Soc), I have noticed a wonderful trend over the past 20 years: I see more women participating in ComSoc. More of us are attending conferences, joining editorial boards, and chairing technical committees. We have made great progress, but as minority members of ComSoc, we can find ways to increase the membership and roles of women in ComSoc.
