GPT Business Systems-a case study in environmental management

During the last decade, ´green´ issues have gained a higher profile than ever before-putting pressure on industry to improve environmental protection performance. This article describes the effort within one electronics company to address the issues. It looks at the forces operating on GPT Business Systems, and the programmes developed in response-including New Leaf, a pioneering employee-led group.
