  • Abstract
    This paper handles some key aspects of DVB-measurements viewed from the point of view of a consumer receiver. The choice between coded and uncoded BER concerning the RF-frontend is discussed and a way is given to qualify it. We mention the main parameters to be measured on the receiver and work out proposals for their analysis
