Abstract
In this paper, a distribution system state estimation (DSSE) method with considering the characteristics of power electronic loads is proposed, where the running and controllable characteristics of power electronic loads are discussed and analyzed. The mathematical model which can reflect real-time monitoring of the running state of power electronic loads is established, and their running state variables and controllable parameters are introduced into DSSE based on weighted least squares (WLS), then the state estimation model of the proposed method is obtained. Finally, it follows from the simulation results that the proposed method is effective and successful.
