Meeting preview: MIDCON ´78: An encore for the micro: The microprocessor takes center stage at the first MIDCON to be held in Dallas

The microprocessor ¿ already the main attraction at many of the electronics shows and conventions held so far this year ¿ makes a return appearance, this time at MIDCON, December 12¿14. No fewer than nine of the 35 sessions scheduled for the Convention Center in Dallas, Tex., are devoted to the tiny computer-on-a-chip, and a special exhibit and tutorial seminar on the microprocessor are on the MIDCON schedule as well.
