New product applications: High-speed wide-band FET-input op amp operates from a single positive supply

This high-speed FET-input wide-band operational amplifier may be operated from a single positive power supply with the inputs at ground potential. The input common-mode voltage includes the negative power supply voltage. Output-voltage swing is within 300 mV of the power-supply rail voltages, for full-load conditions. It is within 50 mV of the power-supply rail voltages for small low-current loads.
