The following papers are to be read at a joint meeting of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers at the Auditorium of the Boston City Club, 9 Beacon Street, Boston, Mass., Wednesday, February 16, 1910, at 8 p.m. This meeting is to be held under the auspices of the Industrial Power Committee of the Institute.
