Abstract :
A dinner commemorating the twenty-fifth anniversary of the founding of the Institute was held at the Hotel Astor, New York City, on Thursday evening, March 11, 1909. About three hundred persons were present, including representatives of sixteen of the Institute´s Sections and Branches. The decorations in the main dining room were presented with the compliments of The Edison companies of New York, Chicago, Brooklyn, Boston, and Philadelphia.
