Abstract :
A meeting of members of the four national engineering societies will be held in the Engineers´ Building, New York, April 13, 1909 at 8 o´clock p.m. for the presentation of the John fritz medal to Mr. Charles T. Porter, by Mr. Henry R. Towne, president of the John fritz medal Board of Award. There will be addresses by Frank J. Sprague in behalf of the electrical engineers, and also by representatives of other branches of the engineering profession.
