Abstract :
A frame-compatible opposite parity packing arrangement with a spatial and inter-view correlation-based interpolation is proposed for stereoscopic video coding. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is able to efficiently improve compression efficiency of stereoscopic video coding.
