President´s address at the 41st annual convention of the American Society of civil engineers, Bretton Woods New Hampshire, July 6, 1909

It is the duty of the President of the American Society of Civil Engineers to address its members at each Annual Convention, and in this year of our Lord, 1909, and t he fifty-seventh of the Society, I have chosen as my subject, “The Status of the Civil Engineers´ Profession in the United States of America.”
