Abstract :
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Florida, has developed an online M.S. degree program that utilizes synchronized streaming video and audio as well as asynchronous learning networks to facilitate interactivity. In this paper, we describe some of the technical and administrative issues involved in this venture, as well as the experiences accumulated thus far in offering these courses online.
