Abstract :
The Eclipse MV/8000 is a state-of-the-art virtual storage 32-b minicomputer based on advanced VLSI technology. It offers a total virtual address space of 4.3 billion bytes and user address spaces of up to 512 megabytes each, a built-in diagnostic processor, a hardware-supported eight-ring security and protection system, and three new 32-b languages.
