Abstract :
A drifting parameter is described by a stochastic process with linear realizations. Lifetime (time to wearout failure) distributions are derived for 1-and 2-sided bounded tolerance regions. Optimum parameter adjustments are proposed. Based on random samples, s-confidence intervals for the percentiles of the lifetime distributions are constructed.
