  • Abstract
    The best frequency stability ever measured on a quartz crystal oscillator is reported: this new Boitiers à Vieillissement Amèliorè (BVA) oscillator has an estimated flicker frequency modulation floor of 2.5 × 10-14 at 5 MHz.
