Abstract :
The recent progress in standard CMOS integrated VCO design is mainly due to improved modelling and simulation techniques for integrated planar inductors. Further improvement can be achieved by focusing on the active circuitry. A discussion is presented into reducing the up-conversion of low frequency noise
