Abstract :
A property of a system´s cutsets called ``consecutive minimal cutsets´´ is defined. A simple algorithm is presented for computing exactly the reliability of systems with this property. A generalized class of consecutive-k-out-of-n:F systems, called consecutively connected systems, is shown to have this property.
