  • Abstract
    The problem of estimating the reliability of a product whose strength is subject to linear combination of stresses is considered. The structural inference approach to predictive distributions is used to derive the estimator of the reliability. Random variables considered are assumed to be s-normally distributed with unequal means and variances.
