Abstract
A simple technique is presented for modelling a lossy surface using a wire method-of-moments code, where the surface grid model is loaded with lumped resistive loads. Good comparison is achieved between measured and computed input impedance against distance of a dipole in front of lossy sheets, over a wide range of surface conductivity
