Abstract :
In an enormous number of manufacturing companies, project management practice holds the key to unlocking significant gains on the bottom line either directly or indirectly, where a manufacturing improvement project sought to boost on-time delivery performance. The practice of project management turns out to be a skill that appears lacking in many manufacturing business. This article discusses the importance of project management skills and training for manufacturing companies to have a smooth product development process.
