Abstract :
Mr. Walter C. Wagner has resigned his position as chief engineer in the government service to take up private practise as consulting engineer at 1128 Henry Building, Seattle, Wash. He is now engaged as designing, purchasing and constructing engineer for the Brookings Timber and Lumber Company, which is erecting a power plant and large electrically driven sawmill at Brookings, Oregon.
