Abstract :
In this paper, a new circuit low-voltage low-power CMOS rail-to-rail second generation current conveyor (CCII+) is introduced. This circuit is operative to low supply voltage of ± 0.75V. All simulations are performed by Tspice model BSIM3v3 technology CMOS TSMC 0.18μm. The simulation´s results of this circuit showed a low impedance at terminal X (RX=1.01Ω), a very high input impedance at terminal Y and a wide bandwidth current and voltage. They are respectively: (2.52GHz) and (2.88GHz). Based on this circuit, we have implemented a low-pass, band-pass and high-pass voltage mode filter.
