  • Abstract
    For the first time an Ho3+ silica fibre laser has been realised using a Bragg grating as the input coupler and a fibre pump source at 1.15 μm. The output power of 280 mW at 2 μm is to the authors´ knowledge the highest value reported so far for Ho3+ silica fibre lasers
