Topics include reliability, quality, and effectiveness of processes, hardware, systems, software, and product liability. Copies may be obtained from the IEEE Service Center in Piscataway, N.J., which also distributes Proceedings of the annual Reliability and Maintainability Symposium and the International Reliability Physics Symposium.
