Abstract
Fig. 7, showing data from 4-mm transducers, was replaced with the data from 2-mm transducers during the review process for this paper [1], but the text corresponding to the figure was not changed. The following text correctly represents the figure. This change does not affect any results in the paper and the conclusion remains the same.
