Abstract
A disc microstrip ferrite resonator with impedance boundary conditions is investigated theoretically. The basic parameters of this resonator, such as the resonance frequencies and their splitting, are calculated both analytically and numerically. The dependence of these parameters on the value of the boundary impedance is investigated. The susceptance slope parameter is obtained analytically. An example of the application of the theory to the microstrip resonator with the comb of stubs is given, where an approximate expression for the susceptance slope parameter is also given
