Abstract
What one thing more than anything else makes the average electrical engineer happy on the job? Not new technologies, not top equipment, not good hours, not high pay. ¿By far the moM important factors influencing job satisfaction in the eyes of EEs involve human rdations,¿ according to a key finding of a recent survey in which spectrum, aided by a National Science foundation grant, teamed up with Louis Harris & Associates Inc. to study the job of electrical engineers.
