Abstract
This study investigates consensus of high-order multi-agent systems. A new dynamic neighbour-based protocol is proposed that only uses the relative information of the first states of agents, extending second-order protocols from the literature. Sufficient conditions are derived to make all agents reach consensus. Finally, simulation results are included to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.
