  • Abstract
Great numbers of students are entering college unversed in mathematics, illiterate in English, and with limited backgrounds In science and a handful of other areas. These problems are well-documented. What is less evident is the way microcomputers are not only helping students offset these problems, but also are improving student learning in a variety of subjects, from business courses to poetry writing.
