Abstract :
The 2008 Outstanding Chapter Award Contest resulted in a great success. We received nine nominations altogether, one from Region 6 and four each from Regions 9 and 10. The evaluation of the nominations was carried out by the IAS Chapters and Membership Department (CMD) Awards Committee. Also New Chapters formed.
