Abstract :
According to the uncertainty of road condition and electricity demands of heavy-duty vehicles with Electro-mechanical Transmission in driving processes, a Markov model regarding driver´s power demands is built and an optimal power control strategy based on stochastic dynamic programming (SDP) is proposed, establishing power balance dynamic models of engine, motor/generator and batteries. For the optimal performance function projected by goals of fuel economy, Markov decision procedure is established and solved by the strategy iterative method, and the optimal control strategy is achieved. The rationality of control strategy is verified by the forward simulation results.
