Abstract :
The robot industry has entered exciting times, and the historic attempt at an underwater autonomous flight across the Atlantic is one more sign! Having learned a few tricks from the first Slocum glider that failed in the Azores, the Rutgers University Coastal Ocean Observation Laboratory (COOL) team hopes to reach the Spanish coast before this year end.
