Abstract :
An encoder IC has been developed for color video cameras. This IC includes many additional functions and its frequency bandwidth is sufficient. It is useful for achieving higher-quality pictures in S-VHS and Hi-8 format camcorders. This IC has been tested on color video cameras and its performance was verified
