Abstract :
Constant voltage generation for a wide speed and power range of PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) control system is widely employed in separate power supplies. This paper presents a analysis of inner current and outer voltage double closed loops control strategy and the influence of PI parameters on system stability through establishing small signal model. Using it as a base, a control strategy that uses voltage angle control instead of inner current loop was proposed, which solving the problem of current loop cross-coupling and saturation effects, realizing deep field-weakening operation and smooth transition between low speed double loop control and high speed field-weakening voltage angle control. Conclusions were verified by simulation and experiment, and the proposed strategy can realize constant voltage generation for a wide speed and power range of PMSM system.
