  • Abstract
    Programs that allow engineers to take courses by TV are described. These can range from courses for Master of Science degrees to continuing education courses. The advantages offered by instructional TV, the choice of delivery medium, and the issue of cost are examined. The history of instructional TV is briefly outlined.
