Abstract :
An 848 kbit integrated CMOS dynamic RAM has been developed which features three independently clocked 4-bit wide data ports, buffered real-time R/W (read/write) transfer, serial address input, and 400 Mbit/s data rate. The chip is suitable for advanced IDTV and IQTV processing
