Abstract :
Because of the high penetration level of electric vehicle (EV), rapid and standardized information exchange is becoming essential for EV operation. This paper presents the extensional information model for EV based on IEC 61850, and the information exchange implementation methods based on the extensional information model are proposed. The test results show that the extensional information model and its information exchange implementation methods are effective, and can provide feasible solution for EV operation.
