Abstract :
This paper mainly studies the vibration and noise of permanent magnet motor under low-order harmonic currents. Artificial harmonic injection method in this paper is used on a 48 slots 44 poles permanent magnet motor for finite element calculation and analysis of acoustic field. The simulation analysis shows that when there is low-order harmonic current in motor windings, the vibration and noise of permanent magnet motor will be decreased. Finally, a vibration experiment to the prototype is done to verify the accuracy of the calculation method.
