Abstract :
This paper introduced the influence of vehicle dynamics of the drive mode about the independent drive eight in- wheel electric vehicle. The influence with four typical driver modes was analyzed in detail base on the vehicle dynamics simulation model, such as the 8 × 8, 8 × 6, 8 × 4 and 8 × 2 modes. Combined with three kinds of typical working condition, the models for dynamic performance of the vehicle impact were verified. Simulation results show that the drive model should be selected by the slip action on the base of the vehicle safety. This strategy can better play to the advantages of 8 in-wheel independent drive.
