  • Abstract
Inconsistency of electric bicycle battery pack which has been used for 2 years under the actual driving cycle is analyzed from the three aspects: Firstly, the necessity of battery equalization is analysed by the criterion based on capacity and energy utilization efficiency; Secondly, the estimated error of SOC caused by the offset of OCV-SOC curves for inconsistency of batteries is analyzed, propose a solution by compensation SOC in different intervals based on the battery of most serious capacity recession. Finally, we analyze the difference of rate characteristic of single cells and the reason for accelerating the inconsistency.
