Abstract :
A recent addition to the StrongARM line of microprocessors is the SA-1100. An integrated microprocessor, it connects many of the functions previously relegated to board-level components. The high level of integration coupled with traditional StrongARM performance and power specifications makes the SA-1100 a formidable contender in the price/performance/power arena. Designed specifically to run on batteries, it is intended to address the needs of the handheld computing market
