Abstract :
H. W. Fisher: These papers contain many items of vital interest both to manufacturers and users of high-tension cables. Mr. Langan gives a clear and comprehensive recital of the physical, chemical, and electrical properties of rubber as applied to conductors, but several of his statements are, I think, open to criticism.
